Overview
Build lasting security and QA capability inside your own teams
Hiring for every specialist skill is slow and expensive, and knowledge that lives only with contractors walks out of the door when the engagement ends. Corporate Training takes a different route. We help the people you already employ learn to test for security weaknesses, validate data pipelines and run a proper test environment, so the capability stays with you.
The programmes are shaped and taught by the same senior practitioners who deliver our client engagements, which means the room is led by people who do this work for a living rather than read about it. Baknet works as one accountable partner across security, data assurance, software quality and the skills your people carry, and our own practice runs to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001 standards. What we hold ourselves to is what we teach your teams to expect of themselves.
What it covers
Three programmes for working teams
Three programmes, each built to be run with a working cohort and each mapped to a real discipline.
Cyber Security Testing
Your engineers learn to find and fix security gaps without waiting on outside help: vulnerability identification, exploitation fundamentals, careful evidence collection and hands-on remediation, taught through realistic lab scenarios rather than theory. The emphasis sits on assessing vulnerabilities, understanding exploitation technique well enough to prove risk, and writing evidence and reports a stakeholder can act on.
Focus: Vulnerability assessment · Exploitation technique · Evidence and reporting
ETL Testing
For data teams, this is the discipline of trusting the numbers. Participants learn to validate data workflows end to end: source-to-target reconciliation, transformation checks, rule-based quality validation and root-causing the defects that surface along the way. The outcome is a team that can put a quality scorecard against a pipeline and defend it, so the decisions built on that data stand up.
Focus: Source-to-target reconciliation · Business rule validation · Quality scorecarding
Enterprise Test Lab Setup
This programme stands up a test environment that mirrors production closely enough to be worth trusting: lab architecture, test data management and the seeding of realistic data, tooling selection and the operating procedures that keep testing safe and repeatable. Teams leave able to run the lab, not just switch it on.
Focus: Lab architecture · Test data management · Operating procedures
Content is tuned to your stack and your current maturity. We do not deliver from a generic slide bank.
Delivery
How it is delivered
Programmes run as instructor-led workshops, on site or remote, sized to your cohort and your calendar rather than a fixed timetable.
Instructor-led workshops
Sessions are led in person or online by senior practitioners, sized to your cohort and run in blocks or across a longer schedule so they fit around live delivery work.
Multi-region scheduling
Delivery spans Bangladesh, the UK and the UAE with our delivery centre in India, so we can schedule around teams that sit in different places and time zones.
Closing assessment
Each programme closes with a practical assessment, so you see in concrete terms what the team can now do. It is capability you can observe, not attendance you can only tick off.
The way we run this training mirrors the way we run engagements. See how we work on How We Engage.
What you gain
Capability that stays with your teams
Capability that stays
The skills sit with your permanent people, so knowledge does not leave when a contract does.
Faster, cheaper testing
Routine security and data checks move in-house, which shortens turnaround and reduces spend on external work over time.
A common standard
Teams share one vocabulary and one bar for evidence, which makes handovers and reviews cleaner.
Proof of progress
The closing assessment gives you a clear read on where each cohort has reached and where to invest next.
Capability that stays, one standard your teams hold to, and proof you can point to.

Questions, answered
Frequently asked
Who are these programmes for?
Working teams, not beginners from scratch. Cyber Security Testing suits engineers and QA staff, ETL Testing suits data and analytics teams, and Enterprise Test Lab Setup suits the people who will own the environment. Tell us the cohort and we will pitch the content accordingly.
Do you tailor the material to our environment?
Yes. We tune scenarios, examples and depth to your stack and your maturity before we run anything, so the practice reflects the systems your people actually work on. We do not deliver from a generic slide bank.
Can training run without disrupting delivery work?
It can. Sessions are sized to your calendar and can run in blocks or across a longer schedule, on site or remote, to fit around live commitments. We plan the schedule with you so cohorts learn without stalling their day-to-day work.
What do participants need to know before they start?
Each programme assumes some working grounding in the relevant area rather than a blank slate: engineering or QA experience for security testing, data or analytics experience for ETL testing, and infrastructure familiarity for lab setup. We confirm the right entry level with you when we scope the cohort so nobody is under or over pitched.
Is this the right track for individuals starting their careers?
For early-career entrants we run a separate route. See Young Professionals Training, which combines structured learning with mentored, live-style experience. Corporate Training is built for teams already inside your organisation.
How is the training delivered, on site or remote?
Both. Programmes run as instructor-led workshops in person or online, and our delivery spans Bangladesh, the UK and the UAE with a delivery centre in India, so we can schedule around teams in different locations and time zones.
How do you handle confidentiality and our data during training?
We treat your systems and information as confidential and are happy to work under your non-disclosure terms. Our own practice runs to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001, and lab exercises use safe, seeded or anonymised data rather than putting live production information at risk.
What do teams walk away with?
Practical, applied capability in the chosen discipline, plus the results of a closing assessment that shows where each cohort has reached. The aim is skill your people can use the following week, not a certificate alone.
How does this fit with our in-house teams and Baknet’s other services?
Training is designed to build capability you keep, and it sits alongside our delivery practices in security, data assurance and software quality if you want hands-on support in parallel. Many organisations blend the two: we deliver critical work while your teams learn to carry more of it over time.
How is a programme priced and scoped?
Every programme is scoped to your cohort, chosen disciplines and schedule, so we prepare a tailored, obligation-free proposal rather than quote from a fixed price list. Share your team profile and target outcomes and we will set out the plan and investment for your review.
